Upon Reading the Affidavit of James Thomas< no role > of Brown Street in
the Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the County of Middlesex Plater and
the Notice of Trial thereunto annexed It is Ordered that Notice of Trial to be
put up the Office of the Clerk of the Peace for this County and to be left at the House
of Mrs. Marshall in James Street Golden Square for the first day of the next
Session be deemed good Service (in case the Prosecutrix or her Present
abode cannot be found in the mean time) and that the Recognizances
for the Defendants Appearance at this Session do Stand Respited
