Francis Kate Reeves< no role > otherwise called Charles Kate Reeves< no role > late of the
same Yeoman for a certain Misdr. in unlawfully winning
of obtaining and receiving from one John Barnes Hart< no role > at one
time and setting by Gaming and playing at Dice in a
certain House there situate (the said House not being within
nor Parcel of any of his present Majesties Places of Saint
James otherwise described Saint James or Whitehall or in
any Royal Palace whatsoever where his said Majestys was
then actually resident) above the Sum and Value of £10 to wit
14 Promisory Notes of the Governor and Company of the Bank
of England commonly called and known by the name of Bank
Notes and Ten pieces of Gold Coin of the proper Cion of this
Realm called Guineas being altogether of the Val of £190.10 0
agt. the Stat. on the 29th. day of August last.
