James Evans< no role > late of the Parish of Hanwell Butcher for a certain Misdemr.
For that He the said James Evans< no role > being brought
before John Spiller< no role > Esqr. one of His Majestys Justices of
the Peace for this County by virtue of a certain Warrant
for assaulting and Beating one William Fleet< no role > , unlawfully
wilfully and contemptuously did behave himself in an
unseemly insulting and disorderly manner before the said
John Spiller< no role > during the time of his examining the said
complaint, by making a very great Noise and disturbance
in talking loudly stamping with his Feet and abusing the
said William Fleet< no role > in a very scandalous and
opprobrious manner in the Office of the said John Spiller< no role >
By means whereof he was greatly disquieted disturbed
obstructed prevented and hindred in the Peaceable and
orderly Execution of his Office: and also unlawfully
wilfully and contemptuously did traduce and vilify the
said John Spiller< no role > in the Execution of his office by speaking
puplishing and proclaiming in the presence and hearing
of divers Subjects of our Lord the King that He the said
John Spiller< no role > was a Rascal: On the 12th. November last
