the Regulation made by the abovementioned Act
of Parliament it he recommended to the Court
to put on End to the Contract subsisting
between the Magistrates and Mr Adams.

Resolved That the 5th Section of the
said Act directing" That the Justices of the
"Peace at the General or Quarter Sessionof the

"or any Adjournment thereof shall be
"empowered to make an Order that all
"Rogues & Vagabonds apprehended in their
"respective Counties he & who are ordered to
"be conveyed by pass shall be conveyed by

"the General or Quarter Sessions or any
"Adjournment thereof shall think proper
