Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes
in the County of Middlesex
and Liberty of Westminster

That by virtue of an Order under the hands and
Seals of R. Davies and H. Reynell

date the 28th. day of July 1794

was removed from the
Parish of Saint Mary Whitechapel
in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes
as the Place of his last
legal Settlement and your Petitioners were required to Provide
for hum according to Law whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore Appeal
against the said Order and humbly Pray
relief in the Premises and that your Worship
will be Pleased to Appoint some day in the
Present Session for the hearing and
determining this their Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
