Session of the Peace for the said County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James [..] Clerkenwell

Sheweth

That by are Order under the Hands and Seals of I Floud and
W [..] ne Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said
County (one whereof being of the Quorum) be any date the eleventh day
of September One thousand seven hundred and ninety four Thomas Savage< no role >
and Mary< no role > his wife and their three Children lawful Issue namely Sophia< no role >
aged nine years and upwards Sarah< no role > aged Seven Years and George< no role > aged four
years were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saml Leonard
Shoreditch in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint
James Clerkenwell as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby
Your Petitioners [..] themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court
against the same
