City of London Gentleman [..] Maketh Oath and saith that he was personally present and
saw the within Release duly executed by the Prosecutrix to the Defendant
and that this Deponent is a Subscribing Witness thereto and that the Names
of Elizabeth Rounsen< no role > and [..] Vernon Ley< no role > to the said Release and to this
Affidavit are the proper Names and Hand writing of the said Elizabeth
Rounsen< no role > and this Deponent.
