County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath and
Saith that on the twenty fourth day of October instant
he this Deponent was present and did see the in this
named Frances Thornton sign seal and duly Execute
the within written Release and this Deponent Saith
that the name Frances Thornton< no role > is of the proper hand
Writing of the said Frances Thornton< no role > and that the names
of John Fletcher< no role > and John Worley< no role > set and subscribed
thereto as Witnesses to the Execution thereof are of the
