The King against William Brown< no role > the Younger
for Perjury

Samuel Rogers< no role > of Lincolns Inn in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath
that he this Deponent did on Wednesday last go to the house of William Oxlade< no role > the
Prosecutor of the Indictment in this Cause at Hackney Road in the County of Middlesex
in order to serve him will a Notice Signed by the Defondant for the Trial of his Traverse to
the Indictment in this Cause and this Deponent saw there a person who informed
this Deponent she was the wife of the said William Oxlade< no role > and which this
Deponent verily believes true and she also informed this Deponent that the said
William Oxlade< no role > had been in the County of Business for some days then past and
would bot return to Town untill Saturday or Sunday but where he was gone to She did not
inform this Deponent
