Resolved That the forth Consideration
of the Subject be referred to the next Court

Resolved That the Committee be
inpowered to send Mr Aris to examine Such
prisons as they may think proper and
That the said Committee be improved to
appoint Mr Newport or to take such other
Measures as May be necessary for the Cares
of the Houses of Correction in the Absence of
the Governor
