MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, (by adjournment)
on Thursday the First Day of May in the
Thirty Fourth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc.

It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter
of an Appeal of Thomas Ensor< no role > of High Street Saint Mary le bone
Pawnbroker against a Conviction of Nathaniel Conant< no role > and John
Scott
< no role > Esquires two of the Justices of the Peace for the said County whereby
the Petitioner was Convicted on the Eleventh day of March last in
the Penalty of Five Pounds for taking and receiving of John Crossley< no role > on
redeeming the Pledge therein after mentioned one penny by way of
Profit upon Two Shillings on the Seventh day May in the Year
1793 lent upon a Pledge of a Siver Tea Spoon to the said John Crossley< no role >
contrary to the Statute & Do stand adjourned until the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for this County and on notice hereof
in the mean time to be given unto the said Nathaniel Conant< no role > and
John Scot< no role > Esquires they and all persons concerned do attend the
Court at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the Fifth-day of
June next at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day to
hear and abide the judgement and determination of the said Court
touching the said Appeal
