1794 the said Justice Convicted your Petitioner in the Penal
Sum of Ten Pounds for that your Petitioner did on the 12th.

unlawfully refuse to Account for or

Pounds said to be due to and directed to be paid to him in and
by virtue of a Warrant of Distress Issued under the hand and

to the said Warrant (directed to him for that purpose) on the
Goods and Chattles of
