To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the County of Middlesex in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition of Jasper Pollecut< no role >
of Old Brentford in the said County
Cordwainer

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a certain Adjudication or
Conviction under the hand and Seal of Nathaniel Isand< no role >
Esquire one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for
the said County bearing date the twenty Sixth day of April
1794 the said Justice Convicted your Petitioner in the Penal
Sum of Ten Pounds for that your Petitioner did on the 12th.
day of April 1794 at the Parish of Caling in the said County
of Middlesex unlawfully refuse to Account for or
deliver to William Clarke< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary
Islington in the said County Gentleman the Sum of Five
Pounds said to be due to and directed to be paid to him in and
by virtue of a Warrant of Distress Issued under the hand and
Seal of the said Nathaniel Island< no role > Esquire and levied by the
said Jasper Pollecutt< no role > (then constable of the said Parish) pursuant
to the said Warrant (directed to him for that purpose) on the
Goods and Chattles ofthe James Davies< no role > of Old Brentford in
the Parish of Ealing in the said County Victualler (for
the Offence therein stated by him to have been Committed

That your Petitioner Conceives himself
to be Aggrieved by the said Adjudication and Conviction in
as much that he your Petitioner did not on the said 12th.
day of April 1794 unlawfully refuse to Account for or deliver
to William Clark< no role > of the Parish of Saint Mary Islington in
the said County of Middlesex Gentleman the said Sum of
Five Pounds said to be due to & directed to so paid to him as aforesaid
