Alexander Imlay< no role > of Chapell Street New Road in the Parish
of Saint Georges in the East in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
maketh Oath and Saith that he was Indicted in February
Sessions last For an Assault upon the above named Samuel
Millson< no role > For an Assault And this Deponent further Saith
that he was bound ever for his Appearance as of this
present Sessions And that this Deponent has made
Inquiry for the Prosecutor in Order to Serve him with Notice
of Tryal at his Place of Abode when the Landford Mr. James
in Shoreditch who informed this Deponent that he was
gone away by Night And has Clandestinely removed away
From his Premises And this Deponent further Saith that
he has made every Enquiry to find the Prosecute [..]
cannot at present findout where he is to be Found And
this Deponent further Saith that he will make ever g [..]
Enquiry in Order to Serve the Prosecutor with Notice of
Tryal for the next Sessions
