I Do hereby certify, That a Commission or Writ of
Dedimus Potestatem, under the Great Seal of GREAT BRITAIN,
bearing Date at Westminster , the Twelfth Day of February
Instant directed to Joseph Baldwin< no role > Esquire John Pensam< no role >
and John Russell< no role >
Gentlemen , empowering them jointly or severally to receive the
Oath of John De Veil< no role > of Edgware Clerk
One of the Keepers of the Peace in the County of Middlesex
for the well and faithfully executing that Office, according to a
certain Schedule to the said Commission or Writ annexed: And
also the Oaths specified in an Act of Parliament passed in the First
Year of WILLIAM and MARY, late King and Queen of ENGLAND,
the Tenor whereof is to the said Commission or Writ also annexed,
is with a Certificate thereon indorsed, under the Hand of John
Pensam
< no role > One of the said Commissioners, certi-
fying that the said John Der Veil did, on the
Thirteenth Day of February Instant duly take the
said Oaths before him, as One of the said Commissioners, returned
into the Office of PETTY BAG, in His Majesty's High Court of
Chancery , and there remains filed amongst the Records of the said
Court. Dated this Thirteenth Day of February 1794
