King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House for the said County on Mondaythe
thirteenth day of January in the thirty fourth year
of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third

It is Ordered by this Court that Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire
have Notice of the within Appeal and that he and all Persons
Concerned do attend this Court on

Judgement and determination of the said Court touching the
