It is Ordered by this Court that Nathaniel
Bland< no role > Esquire have Notice of the within Appeal
and that he and all Persons concerned do Attend
this Court onnext at Nine o Clock
in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment
and determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
