for a Riot
and Assault

William Young< no role > Knight of Great Marlborough
Street in the parish of Saint James Westminster
in the county of Middlesex Gentleman maketh oath
and saith that he was present on the twenty eighth
day of November last and did see the above named
Lars Nyman the Prosecutor of this Indictment
duly sign seal and as his Act and deed deliver
the deed hereunto annexed purporting to be a
General Release from the said Lars Nyman unto
the abovenamed several Defendants Richard Tuart< no role >
William Watts< no role > and Henry Hindle otherwise Henry
Hingle< no role > and others there in named of all trespasses
assault damages and demands whatsoever
And this Deponent further saith that the name
"Lars Nyman" appearing to be subscribed to the said Release
as the Party executing the same is of the proper hand writing
of the said Lars Nyman the Prosecutor and that the names
"Wm. Young Knight"and "Jas Morgan" appearing also to
be subscribed thereto as the witness a Westing the
execution thereof are of the respective proper handswriting
of this Deponent and the said James Morgan< no role >
