Luke Chelsea in the said County Did at the last General Quarter Session of the<lb></lb>
peace held in and for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth<lb></lb>
That by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50891_n894-1">Thomas<lb></lb>

County to the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea as the place of her last legal<lb></lb>
settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said<lb></lb>
Appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session</p>
<p n="895"> NOW, Upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective<lb></lb>
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses in<lb></lb>
and concerning the Premises. IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the same is<lb></lb>
hereby allowed, and the said Order of the said two Justices is hereby vacated and set aside;<lb></lb>
and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor<lb></lb>
of the said Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea do forthwith convey and<lb></lb>
deliver back the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50891_n895-2">Catherine Stoner</rs>
