MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex ; at the Session-House for the said
County, () on Monday
the Second Day of December
in the Thirty fourth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Coleman
< no role > , Rupert Clarke< no role > , John Bond< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said
Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County
aforesaid; and also to hear and determine divers
Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre London did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and
for this County Exhibit their Petition and Appeal setting forth. That by an Order or
pass Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Edward Read< no role > and William Hyde< no role > Esqrs.
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 18th. day of October 1793 William
Ham
< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Luke Chelsea
to the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the City of London as the place of his last
legal settlement whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved which said
Appeal stood duly adjourned until this Session

NOW, Upon hearing the said Appeal, and what hath been alledged by the respective
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parishes their Counsel and Witnesses
in and concerning the Premises. IT IS ORDERED, that the said Appeal be, and the
same is hereby dismissed, and that the said Order of the said two Justices be and the same is
hereby confirmed; And IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre London do maintain
and provide for the said William Ham< no role >
until they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by due course of Law.
