John Wilson< no role > of Islington in the County of
Middlesex Victualler Maketh Oath and
Saith That he this Deponent Pleaded Not
Guilty to the Indictment Preferred against humbly
the above named Prosecutor at the Session held
for the said County in October last and put in
Bail to Try his Traverse at this Present Session
And this Deponent Saith That not being
acquainted with Matters of this Kind be
Neglected to give Notice of Tryal or to take the
Proper Means to bring himself to be Tryed upon
the said Indictment
