George Fielder< no role > of Dean Street Soho in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman and Dominick Mazzinghi of Lisle Street Leicester fields
in the same County Gentleman and John Honner< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. of Wardour
Street Soho in the same County Gentleman Severally make Oath and
say, And first these Deponents George Fielder< no role > and Dominick
Mazzinghi for themselves say they have endeavoured by att the means
in their Power to find the said Edward Kelly< no role > the Prosecutor in order
to have him served with a Notice of Trial in this Cause, And these
Deponents say they have made the Strictest Enquiries after the said
Edward Kelly< no role > and have been to various places for the purpose
aforesaid but cannot at present by andy means whatever get any
Information or Intelligence when the said Edward Kelly< no role > resides or
where he is to be found and this Deponent John Honner for himself
saith that he this Deponent did on the 23d. day of November last
make Enquiry of a Mr. Durand who keeps and Hotel in Jermyn
street Saint James's and of a Mr. Clark who lives in Piccadilly
near Hyde Park Corner who this Deponent was Informed were the
Intimate Friends of the above named Prosecutor for the purpose of
meeting with the said Edward Kelly< no role > in order to serve him with a Notice
of Trial and required to them severally if they knew where the said
Edward Kelly< no role > lodged or where he was to be found When each of them
informed this Deponent that they had not seen him for some time and
that they knew not where he Lodged or was to be found.
