At the Genl. Quarter Session of
the Peace of our Lord the King holden
in and for the County of Middx at
the Session House for the Said County
(by adjournment) on Thursday the 1st
Day of November in the 33d year of
the Reign of King George the third King
of Great Britain Etc Before Wm. Mainwaring< no role >
Wm. Bleamire< no role > Nl. Conant< no role > Charles
Sheppard
< no role > Esquires and other their
fellow Justices of our said Lord the
King Assigned to Keep the Peace in
the County aforesaid and also to Hear
and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdemeanors
Committed in the Same County

Where as by Virtue of an Act of Parliament made
in the 4th year of the reign of King Henry the 8th. intitled An Act
made for Puoterers and true Weights and Beam's Power
is given to his Majesty's Justices of the Pence with in
every shire at the general Quartin Sessions holden at
Michas to Assign and appoint two Persons having
Experience there in to make Search after base or
unlawful Pewten or Brass dec [..] able or false Beams and
Weights of the Wares in the Said act in that respect
Specified by the Persons in the aforesaid act in that
Behalf mentioned and often Offences Against the said
Act of Parliament in every Part of the Shire as well
with in Franchire us without saving in Cities or Boroughs
where Searchers be Appointed by the Heads and Governors
of the Same Whereas of all such unlawfull Per [..]
