The Fact is there has been a general Survey made of the Hamble
inby a Vote of Vestry of the Inhabitants to make an equal rate
Mr. Willock was chosen Surveyor by the whole psh as another Vestry
He returned his Book of Survey about Septr. last from which a rate
was made for the relief of the Poor by a Vote of Vestry-But it huns
out that the rate may be quashed in several Instances for which
purpose Welt [..] es Appeal was ented & to be heard to Morrow-B.The
whole psh are now united & wich to setile an [..] cable and they have
agree that some persons are overcharged other undichd and tha
it will be better to hold aSef [..] petty Session be settle the disputes
than to have this & otherthe Servantrates quashed As ti will be almost
in possible to make a rate that is not to be quashed.
