an Assault

Edward Moore< no role > of Brownlow Street in the parish of Saint Giles in
the County of Middlesex Clerk to Wing Ashfeild the Defendants Solicitor
in the Cause Maketh Oath and Saith that he did (on the Eighteenth day of
this Instant October in pursuance of an Order of this Honourable Court
hereto annexed made last September Session) leave at the Office of the
Clerk of the peace for this County a Notice of Trial in this Cause signed
by the said Defendantandpurporting that he would be and appear in open
Court Session House Clerkenwell Green in the County of Middlesex on Monday
the Twenty Eight day of This Instant October at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
to take his Trail upon the Bill of Indictment preferred and found against
him by the Prosecutor for an Assault-which said Notice to be by the Clock
of the peace Stuck up in his Office in pursuance of the Order made as
aforesaid And this Deponent further saith that diligent search has been
made after the Prosecutor and his place of able several times since [..] best Sessions by this [..] Donent But without Effect
