County Victualler Severalty make Oath and day and first
this Deponent Caleb Edward Powell< no role > for himself saith
that Lydia < no role > This name instance is in set 2223. the Wife of the said William Furnish is a
Material Witness on the part of the above Prosecution, and
without whose Testimony Deponent believes it to be
unsafe to proceed to Trial and this Deponent Henry
Hill
< no role > for himself saith that the said lydia Furnish
is at Present unable to attend being afflicted with
a bad Breast and under the case of a Surgeon as
appears by a Certificate hereto annexed and which
Deponent berily believe is the proper hand writing
of William Holt< no role > of Tottenham aforesaid Surgeon
