Be it remembered that on the [..]
twenty seventh day of August in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand seven hundred and Ninety three in the [..]
County of The Release. Thomas Evans< no role > of Wardour
Street in the Parish of Saint James Westminster in the Said
County retail dealer in gloves was Convicted before me
John Scott< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County residing near the Release
where the offence was Committed, for that the said [..]
Thomas Evans< no role > on the [..] seventh day of August now last
past d [..] ound after, ma sell is one Elizabeth Busecall< no role >
One [..] pair of Leather Gleves above the Price and value
of One Shilling and for Pence and subject to the Stamp
duly of Three pence without the stamp wicket during by
Law to be office to the advice being affixed and marked
and Stamped as by the Act in that Case made is directed
contray to the Statute in that Case made and provided
And Side declare and adjudge that the said Thomas
Evans
< no role > hath forfeited the Sum of twenty pounds of laws
Money of Great Part an for the offence aforesaid to be
distributed as the Law are [..] en under my had &
Seal the 27th. day of August 1793
