The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Pancras
in the said County
Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of
Wm. Tyler< no role >
and R. Johnson Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace Acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the eighteenth
day of August last Past

gone from her and her two Children (to wit)

born the
12th. day of June 1786 and
Alexander < no role >
born the 21st. March
1789 were removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
St. James
within the said Liberty and County to the said Parish
of Saint Pancras
as the Place of their last legal Settlement,
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the said
two Justices and their said Order and Pray
that Your Worships will be Pleased to Appoint
a day in this Present Session for the hearing
and Determining the said Appeal.
