MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the Ninth Day of September in
the Thirty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before
William Mainwaring< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , David Walker< no role >
Thomas Gordon< no role >
Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdemeanours committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Parish of West Ham in the
County of Essex Have at this present Session Exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting
forth That by virtue of an order under the Hands and Seals of N. Conant and Philip
Neve
< no role > two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twentieth day of March One Thousand Seven
Hundred and Ninety three Ann Leechman< no role > aged about a Year and an half in the said
Order stated to be the lawful child of George Leechman< no role > by Catherine < no role > his Wife was on the
twenty ninth day of July last removed from the parish of Ealing in the County of Middlesex
unto the said parish of West Ham in the County of Essex as the place of her last legal
settlement,whereby the petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved Now the said
Appeal coming on to be heard It is Ordered (at the request of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Ealing and by and with the consent of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of West Ham ) that the said
Order of the said two Justices be and the same is hereby quashed and It is further
Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
West Ham do forthwith convey and deliver back the said Ann Leechman< no role > (together with
a Copy of this Order) unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of West Ham (who are hereby required to receive and provide for the said Ann
Leechman until they can free themselves from the charge thereof by due course of Law.
