To the worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace
in and for the County of Middlesex in this present
Session assembled

The humble petition of the Churchwarden of the side
of the Parish of Fulham called Hammersmith
and Overseer of the poor of the Hamlet of
Hammersmith

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order under the hands and
Seals of William Addington< no role > Esq and Archibald Mitchell< no role >
Esqr two of his Majestys of the peace acting in for the City
and Liberty of Westminster (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 22nd day of June 1793 Frances
Poole
< no role > was removed and conveyed from and out
of thesaidParish of St. Paul Covent garden within
the said Liberty to the said Hamlet of Hammersmith
as the place of the last legal Settlement

Your Petitioner concerning themselves aggrievedg:
the said Order of the said two Justices appeal to
your worships against the same and humbly
request that the benefit of the said appeal
may be reason to them and that a day may
be appointed in the next general
Session of the peace to be holden for the said
County of Middx for the hearing and determining
of the same and that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the said Parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden by the them a deced to attend to
hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the Court touching the said appeal

And Your Petitioner shall ever pray Etc
