for the more easy Assessing collecting and levying<lb></lb>
County Rates The Justices of the Peace in that<lb></lb>
part of Great Britain called England within<lb></lb>
the respective Limits of their Commissions at their<lb></lb>
General or Quarter Sessions or the greater past<lb></lb>
of them then and there Assembled having full<lb></lb>
power and authority from time to time to make<lb></lb>
one General Rate or Assessment for such sum or<lb></lb>
sums of money as the Justices in their discretion<lb></lb>
shall think sufficient to answer all and every<lb></lb>
the ends and purposes mentioned in the said<lb></lb>
Act Now forasmuch as it Appeareth unto this<lb></lb>
Court that more than three fourths of the money<lb></lb>
of the last rate made in April Sessions last being<lb></lb>
