John Milbourn< no role > the above named Defendant
Maketh Oath and saith that not having been acquainted the
holding of the present Session of the Peace was Altered from
the Eight day of July to the Twenty Fifth of June instant
in time to servethe Richard Edward< no role > Jones the abovenamed
Prosecution with a due Notice of Tryal, he this Deponent
reglected so to do, And that said neglect was intirely
owing to the Cause aforementioned.
