hath been duly summoned to appear before us the said Justices to the end for<lb></lb>

hath neglected to appear before us according to the said Summons<lb></lb>
We therefore, upon Examination of the Cause and Circumstance of the Premises, as well<lb></lb>
upon the Oath of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50884_n991-7">Catherine Macklin</rs>

to be the reputed Father of the said<lb></lb>
Bastard child.</p>
<p n="992"> And thereupon we do Order, as well for the better Relief of the said Parish of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50884_geo484">St.<lb></lb>
Mary le Bone</rs>

as for the Sustentation and Relief of the said Bastard Child, that the<lb></lb>

<interp inst="LMSMPS50884_n992-1" type="surname" value="Ovans"></interp>

shall and do forthwith, upon Notice of this our Order,<lb></lb>
pay or cause to be paid to the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said <lb></lb>
Parish or to some or one of them, the Sum of Two Pounds <lb></lb>
for and towards the Lying-in of the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50884_n992-2">Catherine macklin</rs>

of the said Bastard Child, to the Time of making this our Order.</p>
<p n="993"> And we do also hereby further Order, that the said <rs type="persName" id="LMSMPS50884_n993-1">James Ovans</rs>

shall likewise <lb></lb>
pay, or cause to be paid, to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said <lb></lb>
Parish for the Time being, or to some or one of them, the Sum of <lb></lb>
Two shillings & six Pence Weekly and every Week from the present Time, for and towards the<lb></lb>
Keeping, Sustentation, and Maintenance of the said Bastard Child, for and during so long<lb></lb>
Time as the said Bastard Child shall be chargeable to the said Parish</p>

or cause to be said to the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said <lb></lb>
Parish for the Time bing, or to some or one of them, the Sum of <lb></lb>
Six pence Weekly and every Week, so long as the said Bastard Child<lb></lb>
Shall be chargeable to the said Parish, in case she shall not nurse<lb></lb>
and take Care of the said Child hereself.<lb></lb>
