To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in the General Sessions of the
Peace for the said County assembled

the humble Petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overssers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Michael Crooked Lane in the City
of London on Behalf of the said Parish

Sheweth


That liy an Order under the Hands and
Hals of G Mercer & I Merce, Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in & for the County
of Middlesex made the 15th. Day of April; last for
and Concerning the settlement of Ann Cilavan< no role >
the Wife of michael Cilavan< no role > (which gone from her )
and her Child namely Michael< no role > aged three weeks
upon the complaint of the Church Wandens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
le bone in the said County of Middlesex it
was adjudged that the Parish of Saint Michael
Crooked Lane was the place where the said
Ann cilavan< no role > and her said Child were
last legally settled And it was therefore
ordered that they should he removed from
the said Parish of Saint Mary le bone to the
said parish of Saint Michael Crooked Lane
and delivered to the Church Wardens and
Overssers of the poor there who were than by
required to remain and provide for them

That in pro [..] of the Said Order
in the said 15th. Day of April, the Said Ann
Cilavan
< no role > and been said Children were
Removed and delivered to the Chelrk [..]
and Overseers of the from of the said Parish
of saint Michael Crooked Lane who have
ever since provided for them
