of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , acting in and
for the County of Middlesex , (One whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Marry-le-bone , That. Ann Cilavan< no role >
the Wife of Michael Cilavan< no role > ) who is gone
from her ) and her Child namely Michael< no role >
Aged three weeks have

lately intruded and
come into the said Parish of St. Mary-le-bone , and aw
become Chargeable to the same: We the said Justices; upon
Examination of the Premises upon Oath, and otehr Circum-
stances. do adjudge the same to be true. and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann Cilavan< no role >
and her said child to be in the Parish
of Saint Michel Crooked Lane London

THESE are, therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Mary-le-bone , on sight hereof, to remove
and convey the said Ann Cilavan< no role > and her said
child
