Take Notice that I the above named Defendant John
Solley Purnell< no role > do intend Personally to be and appear
at the next General Session of Oyer and Terminer of our
Lord the King to be holden at he Session House on
Clerkenwell Green in and for the County of Middlesex
on Monday the 27th. day of May Instant and then and
there take my Tryal on the said Indictment Dated the
