The Inhabitants of the Parish of Saint Mary Islington
for not repairing a certain part of an ancient and
Common Foot Way situate in the said Parish leading
from the Village of Highgate to the Village of Islington
near to and adjourning the Kings Highway and
extending from a certain Lane Hornsey Lane to
certain House called Tha Cock at Islington containing
Two Miles and Three Furlongs in length and in Breadth
Seven Feet; the same being very rainous miry deep
broken and in great decay for want of due reparation
and amendment of the same; on the 1st. day of December
last, and continually afterwards Until the day of the
taking the Inquisition.

2d. CotFor not repairing a certain part of a Common Footway
situate in the said Parish, containing Two Miles and
Three Furlongs in length and Seven Feet in Breadth
the same being very recinous Miry deep broken and in
great decay for want of due reparation and Amendment
thereof; on the same days

3d. CotFor not repairing a certain part of a certain common
Kings Highway Situate in the said Parish leading from
the Village of Highgate to the Village of Islington
containing in length Two Miles and three Furlongs and
in breadth Seven Feet; the same being very recinous Miry
deep broken and in great decay for want of due reparation
and amendment thereof: on the same days.
