These are to Certify that at the general Session of the Delivery of
the Gaol of our Lord the King of New gate holden for the City of
London at Justices Hall in the Old Bailey within the Parish of
Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of Harringdon without in London
aforesaid on Wednesday the twelfth day of December in the thirty
third Year of His present Majesty's reign a certain Bill of Indictement
was preferred against one William Lefever< no role > for feloniously stealing
on the twenty seventh day of November last at the parish of Saint
Botolph without Bishopgate in the said City of London One Velveret
Waistcoat of the value of four Shillings the goods of Abraham Evans< no role >
which said Bill of Indictment was afterwards delivered in open
Court at Justice Hall aforesaid by the Grand Jury turs indorced
"not found" And that the named John Shenston< no role > and James Brooks< no role >
appears on the back of the said Indictment as Witness thereto Dated
this 9th. day of April 1793.
