ever in a Recognizance to Alter and [..] the
said Building That upon on Application from
Fielding that Recognizance was wained & be
entred into a Recognizance off Appeal. That
the said Fielder of towards assured Mr. Jagger that
he did not mean to give him any further Trouble
Nor to prosecute his Appeal but that he
should alter the said Building conformable to
the Act of Parliament the & the Tenor of the
first mentioned Recognizance but that not
having altered the said Building that therefore
Mr. Jagger had not certified the Building
but that he understood Mr. Samuel Coates< no role >
Surveyor of the Parish of St. Leonard Shoreditch
and the Liberty of Norton Folgate had
Certified it in Consequence of which the
Recognizance of the sd. Fielder had been
respited Since did
