the Hundred of Elthorne in this County and thereupon
was seven into the said Office,

The Report of the Committee appointed to
consider the State of the prisoners in New Prison and the
House of correction at Clerkenwell being laid before the
Court the same was Read as follows Vizt.

Ordered that the said Report be Received and
Confirmed

The following letter was Read from Mr
Gibber

A Motion was made that Jonathan Hayne< no role >
of Battle Bridge surgeon and apothecary be appointed
Surgeon and apothecary to New prison and Clerkenwell
Bridewill in the room of Thomas Gibbes< no role > with the
usual salary £100 for his attendance and
[..] and that he paid his quarter salary
quarterly as herebefore to Mr Gibbes

The appointment of a High Constable
for Opelthane Hundred post poned till used Session

A Rate for £4000 ordered
Mr John Jagger< no role > surveyor for the Parish of Luke old
Street and the liberty of Glas House Yard informed the house
that some time ago one Fielda was building irregularly that
he had him before his Lawrence & who bound him [..]
after the buildingthat afterward he [..] into another
