Holborn London Gentleman Solititor for the said Defendant
maketh oath and saith that he this Deponent was
present and did see the above named Prosecutor Stephen
Glover< no role > Sign and seal and as his act and Deed execute
and delivery the paper writing hereto annexed being or
purporting to be a General Release from the said prosecutor
Stephen Glover< no role > to the said Defendant Patrick Leeson< no role > And
this Deponent further saith that the name Stephen
Glover< no role > Set and Subscribed to the said paper writing
or General Release is of the proper hand writing of the
said Stephen Glover< no role > the prosecutor above named
and that the name Peter Cathcart< no role > set and Subscribed
as he Witness attesting the Execution of the said paper
Writing or General Relase is of the proper Hand
writing of this Deponent
