In the matter of Bastardy against Thomas

William Russell< no role > of Vineyard Gardens in the Parish of Saint
James at Clerkenwell in the County of Middlesex Beadle of the Said Parish
Maketh Oath and saith that he verily believes Augusta Eagland< no role > a
Singlewoman (who by her Examination in writing taken the thirteenth
day of August last past swore herself to be pregnant with are or
more Bastard Child or Children) is not delivered he this Deponent having
seen and conversed with the said Augusta Eagland< no role > onFridaythis twenty
secondthird day of [..] February Instant And this Deponent further saith that
he did on thesaidtwenty second day of February Instant personally serve James
Fores< no role > one of the Sureties for the Appearance of the said Thomas Audley< no role > with
a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed That he did also on the said Twenty
second day of February serve Samuel Tailor< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice
hereunto annexed by leaving the same at his House in Coppice Row in the same
Parish and County. That he did on this twenty third day of February
personally serve the said Thomas Audley< no role > with a true Copy of
the Notice hereunto annexed at his House in Rodney street
in the same Parish and County
