This Examination John Armstrong< no role >
on his Oath saith That
on Thursday Evening last about seven o Clock he Apprehended
the Prisoner Roberts in an Alley Leading ino Wentworth
street
in he Parish of Saint Mary White Chaple
in the
said County and this Examinant further saith that
the Prisoner Roberts is a Person of Evil Frame and a
reputed thief and that this Examinant verily believes
that the Prisoner was in the Alley
aforesaid with intent
to Commit Felony if he had not been apprehended and that
the Prisoner Salmon is a reputed Thief
This Examinant John Ray< no role >
on his Oath saith that he
apprehended the Prisoner
Joseph Salmon< no role >
in an Alley
leading to Wentworth street
on the same Evening
who was in Company with the Prisoner Roberts, and he
endeavoured to Escape from this Examinant and this
Examinant further saith that he believe the Prisoner to
be a Person of Evil Fame and reputedandthief, and that
he and the Prisoner Roberts were in Company together
with intent to Commit Felony:
