assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid
and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdemeanours committeed
in the same County.

It being representedappearingunto this Court thatof late on the Lords day
divers persons heave of late Shewed forth and their Goodseveral disorderly Persons do shew path andexposed to Sale [..]
and openly excused their ordinary Trades & Callings on the [..] day Commonly
and Merchandizer called Sunday and Particularly that Carriers Drovers Waggoners, Carmer
Butchers, Higlers and their Servants do contrary to and in Defiance of the Laws in that Behalf made & ordainedtravel and persons use
travel and carry on their wordly Labour and Business on the Lords day
employ and travel with Boats, Whereas lighters and Bargers not
[..] called Sundayand that the due and religion observance thereof
being duly authorized as in extraordinary cases is provided that
hath been greatly neglected and profaned [..] trading his
