To the Worshipful Justices now assembled in their
General Session of the Peace at the Session House
in and for the County of Middlesex

The humble Petition of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Dionis
Backchurch London

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals
of P. Colguhoun and R. Davies Esquires , two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Midlesex, one where of being of the Quorum bearing date
the twenty first day of November last, Bathia Oakley< no role >
was removed from the Parish of St. James at Clerkenwell
in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of St
Dionis Back church as the place of her last legal Settlemnt

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves
aggrived by the said Order, Appeal against
the same, and pray such Relief as to your
Worships shall seen meet

And your Petitioners shall ever pray etc
