Saith that he this Deponent was present and did see
John Small< no role > and Jane< no role > his Wife in the within
Deed Poll or Release mentioned severally duly Sign
and Seal and as their Act and Deed deliver
the said Deed Poll or release and this Deponent
futher Saith that the Names John Small< no role >
and Jane Small< no role > set and Subscribed opposite to
the Seals a Fixed thereto as the Parties Eexcuting
the same are of the proper hands writing of
the said John Small< no role > and Jane< no role > his Wife
and that the Name C Humphreys set and
subscribed thereto as the Witness attesting the
Execution of the said Deed Poll so Release
is of the Proper hand writing of this Deponent
