December last pursuant to an Order of this Court made
for that purpose and bearing date the fourteenth day of December last Leave at the Sign of the Kings head
a Public house in Golden Lane
, being as this Deponent
has been informed and believes the last place of residence
of the above named Samuel Tilson< no role >
, a Notice in Writing
purporting that the above named Defendants intended to
take their Trials upon the above Indictment at the next
General Quarter Session of the peace for the County of
Middlesex
to be hold on Monday the 7th. day of January
Instant at the hour of nine of the Clock in the Forenoon at
the new Session house Clerkenwell Green
in the said County
of Middlesex
together also with a true Copy of the said Order
by delivering to and leaving the same with the present
Landlord of the said Public house in Golden Lane
aforesaid
and at the same time shewing the said Landlord the said Original over.
