In the matter of Bastardy against
Thomas Andley< no role > ,

William Russell< no role > of Vineyard Gardens in the Parish of
Saint James at Clerkenwell Beadle of the said Parish Maketh Oath and
Saith that he verily believe Augusta Eagland< no role > (who by he Examination
Writing takenupon Oaththe thirteenth day of August last sworn herself
to be pregnant with one or More Bastard Child or Children and that
the said Thomas Andley was the Father of the said bastard Child
or Children is not delivered he this Deponent having see and
conversed with the said Augusta Eagland on Wednesday the
ninth day of January Instant at which time he declared to this
Deponent that the did not expect to be delivered for same time
And the Deponent further saith that he said on this twelfth day of
January Instant personally serve the said Thomas Andley with a true Copy
of the Notice hereunto annexed by delivering the same to him in Clerkenwell
Close in the said Pand. of Saint James Clerkenwell That he did on the
eleventh day of this Instant January personally serve James Jones< no role >
one of he Security for the Appearance of the and Thomas Audley< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed by delivering the
same to him at his House on Clerkenwell Green That he did also on
the said eleventh day of January Instant personally serve Samuel
Tailor< no role > the other Security for the Appearance of the said Thomas
Audley< no role > with a true Copy of the Notice hereunto annexed by
delivering the same to him at his House in Corporation Row in
the same Parish and County
