Esqr. Hath at this present Session Exhibited his Petition and Appeal setting forth<lb></lb>
That having Occupied from Midsummer last and being intitled to occupy a<lb></lb>

with the Gardens Lands & Offices thereunto<lb></lb>

aforesaid by virtue of a Lease to him thereof<lb></lb>
granted by His Grace the Duke of Saint Albans on or about the twenty second day<lb></lb>
of September last under the Yearly Kent of Sixty Pounds and having the use of<lb></lb>
certain Household Goods Furniture and other things belonging to the said Duke<lb></lb>
is and about the aforesaid Message and Premises paying for such use the<lb></lb>
Yearly Sum of Forty Pounds and having also the liberty of Hunting Shooting<lb></lb>
and destroying Game in and upon the Manors of last Bedfont and Hanworth<lb></lb>
in the said <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50874_geo108">County of Middlesex</rs>

of Hanworth and in the Ponds and Pools in the Park and<lb></lb>
Garden held by the Petitioner as aforesaid he doing no wilful Waste or<lb></lb>
destruction among such Game and Fish but preserving as plentiful a Stock as<lb></lb>
there was at the time of the granting the said Lease paying of such<lb></lb>
Liberty the Yearly Sum of Thirty Pounds, the Churchwardens and Overseers</p>
