MIDDLESEX


At the General quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King, holden in and for the
County of Middlesex , at the Session-House for the said
County, (,)on Monday
the Ninth Day of January
in the Thirty second Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.

IT IS ORDERED, That the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between
the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint John of Wapping
in the County of Middlesex appellants and the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Margaret in the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the said County Respondents touching the
settlement of James Geter< no role > and ann< no role > his wife , together with their two
illegitimate Children vizt. mary ann< no role > aged six years and five months
and Charlotte< no role > aged near Two years and nine months for Nurture
Do stand adjourned
until the next GeneralSession of the Peace to be holden for this County;
and on notice here of in the meantime to be given unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on
Thursday the Sixteenth day of February next, at the Hour of Nine in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appel.
