Stephen Brown< no role > of Clifford Inn in the
City of London Gentleman maketh Oath that
he did see the within named Ann Hunter< no role > the
Prosecution of the above Indictment sign seal
and as her Act and Decd deliver the within Release
to which this Deponent is subscribing Witness
and that the Mark set Hireon opposite the
Seal is as so made and set thereon by the said
Ann Hunter< no role > and that the Name of
Stephen Brown< no role > subscribed thereto as a
Witness to the due Execution thereof in the
Proper Hand Writing of this Deponent
And Hunter as executed the said Release
the same was truly and distinctly read over
to her by this Deponent.
